Featured Agent: Sophie McLean

We hopped on a call with Sophie this morning to learn a little more about her and her real estate business. Here’s the scoop:

Where were you born and raised?

I was born in Surrey, England and raised in Surrey on a farm.  We bred Arabian horses.

How did you get into the real estate business?

I met my husband who worked in construction.  I was interested in real estate and thought it would be a good way to make money.

First home sold?

A very memorable deal on a town home in Inglewood

What do you like about Los Angeles?

I hate to say it but… the weather. Also, there are so many diverse things to do for lots of different people.

What do you do in your spare time?

I love going to the theatre. I also like hanging out with my family or helping my children with their plays at school.

What do you like about working with Tom & Kennon?

I like working with them for different reasons.  Tom has the patience of a saint, is always available and highly knowledgable. Kennon is also knowledgable and extremely detail-oriented. They compliment each other well and are both very supportive.

What’s your ideal vacation?

I’ve been around the world twice, but if I had to choose I would visit Hawaii or Anguilla in the West Indies. I enjoy the simple things in life and don’t really need to travel far from home though.
