Our family has experience with Bob and Pat Ravasio as both buyers and sellers: Son David purchased his house in Sausalito from Bob's reluctant seller, and we just recently sold our mother's house in Corte Madera--before and during the Covid-times. Neither deal was simple, but we were so impressed watching Bob navigate and negotiate our son's deal, we sought him out.

Pat, the other half of this successful team, is lively and exuberant, also savvy but not voracious--someone you want to know. She has a good eye for what needs to be done to make a house more appealing. She knows and loves Marin. Riding her bike, she engaged the neighbors; watered the plants; shopped for mirrors. Probably because of their experience, professionalism and characters, Pat and Bob have developed a team of experts and contractors--for permits, electrical, woodworking, roofing, staging, painting, flooring, gardening, cleaning. All were excellent.
Bob and Pat listened to us clients. My brother and I knew our ideas and desires were being heard. Even better, both were generous with their knowledge and information and advice. During the Corte Madera sale and Covid, we had one buyer step back the day before escrow closed, one buyer became ill and disappeared, two buyers eventually made the same offers. The house was closed to viewing, then shown only in virtually and in limited ways. Caldwell Banker backed them up. What began as an quick and easy sale in early March ended in a Covid sale at the end of May. Bob and Pat did not falter.
We got to know, like, and respect Bob and Pat Ravasio during these months, and we most highly recommend them to buyers and sellers. In spite of these precarious times, we sold our house and we did fine.
